Delivered by trainers with qualifications in areas such as management, teaching, economics, information technology and human resources.
Their work experiences include Teaching at Tafe Colleges, Administration, Training & Human Resources and Customer Services Management in the public and the private sector.

All trainers have backgrounds in small and large scale retail and wholesale food & beverage, electrical and clothing businesses.
Their work experiences include retail assistants, supervisors and managers and several of them as owner operators of privately owned businesses.
Hospitality | Operations | Kitchen Operations | Commercial Cookery
These trainers are experienced in covering front and back of house. Five of our hospitality trainers are trade qualified chefs and have worked as head chefs in reputable restaurants throughout Australia.
Their backgrounds cover areas such as international air-craft catering, management of hospitality establishments in Australia and overseas and a number of our hospitality trainers have also owned and operated their own restaurants.
Transport & Distribution | Administration | Warehouse & Storage
Our highly qualified warehouse trainers have a vast experience in all aspects of transport and distribution. They have backgrounds as warehouse instructors, supervisors and managers in various industries such as department of defense, logistics and small and large scale businesses.
Food Processing
Our food processing trainers have all managed various food processing industries and have experiences in manufacturing and developing a range of ready to eat meals for supermarkets, franchises and international airlines.
Telecommunications | Customer Contact
All trainers are experienced with many years in human resources and customer service management.
They have backgrounds as call centre managers and call centre operations managers and also have experience in the development of call centre training packages.
Horticulture | Landscape | Wholesale Nursery
Delivered by trainers with 20+ years experience in nursery and landscape management, they have all been running their own horticulture businesses, and have an expansive knowledge of all aspects of horticulture.
Some of them have been lecturing in horticulture throughout Australia and overseas.

Serviced by trainers with over 15 years experience in the employment service industry with backgrounds like Centrelink, job agencies and group training providers.
